Episode 8: You Deserve To Be Happy
This week we discuss ways we might be sabotaging our own happiness and ways we can cultivate happiness.
We might be preventing ourselves from being happy by believing we do not deserve happiness. Or because we are afraid of change or how much it will take to change somethings in our lives in order to be happy.
We can cultivate happiness by healing, by trying not to compare ourselves to others and practicing gratitude.
